Since the last few years, the name of Caroline Villeneuve has been heard on the International Wakesurfing scene. She is one of our most talented French Canadian that works to push the sport to another level. Between 2007 to 2009, Caroline got up on the podium at every competition that she attended in Québec. She got 1st place at the NWWSA (Seattle) in 2009 & 2010 and got the 2nd place at this same competition in 2011. She also reached the 3rd step of the podium at her very first World Wakesurfing Championship, in September 2011, Parker AZ.
Caroline is now established in Elko, British Columbia. She is now running her own wakeschool on Koocanusa Lake: H2O SCHOOL Ltd. With the houseboat on the lake and the Centurion Enzo 244 by it side, Caroline got the perfect set-up to share her passion with whoever wants to learn or push themselves into the awesome sport of Wakesurfing! Caroline is now sponsored by Centurion Boats, Inland Surfer boards, the board shop Board Stiff, the line of clothing Wakeshredder and Loki underwear.
Caroline is now working to put together a Wakesurfing competition in the beautiful Canadian Rockies! It will be held at Sunshine Houseboats, Koocanusa Lake, on August 10th to 12th 2012. More details will be posted on the H2O School’s website shortly! Check it out at www.h2oschoolbc.com.
